Peak kilovoltage (kVp) is an X-ray tube parameter that can influence the radiograph image quality and therefore, if kVp different from nominal value, it provide unnecessary radiation dose to patient examination has be repeated. Therefore, some protection institutions health organizations (ICRP, IAEA) make recommendations monitor in medical diagnostic equipment clinics hospitals. There are methods for measuring beams, most common well-known two-sensor method, which uses two filters attenuate beam, based on measurement of each identical sensor. The purpose this article present a method non-invasive beams using MOSFET device. Actually, well known as detector ionizing dosimetry mainly radiotherapy beams.
